In person strength fitness coaching focusses purely on your training needs. We provide a free initial consultation that lasts 45-60 minutes, where we will discuss your goals, preferences, and any concerns you might have. 

This information will help us create a personalised training program and nutrition plan that fits your specific needs.

Our 60 minute one-on-one personal training sessions are held with a qualified exercise scientist who is also a strength and conditioning coach. You will learn how to perform exercises with proper technique. These sessions are focused on teaching efficient technique on the squat, bench press, deadlift, and overhead press, but can be tailored to your individual needs. 

Our goal is to equip you with the knowledge and skills so you can train safely and efficiently on your own.

What does personal strength fitness coaching include?

  1. Individualised training program which is continually monitored and adjusted according to your goals and needs
  2. Weekly diet and calorie monitoring, with regular adjustments to help you achieve your goals, whether it’s losing body fat, building muscle, or improving your overall health and performance.
  3. Preparation for powerlifting competitions, if that’s something you’re interested in pursuing. We’ll help develop training plans and optimise your lifting technique so you can be best prepared for your competitions.
  4. Unlimited Q&A support via private message or email. If you have any questions or concerns, you can always reach out to your coach for advice and guidance.

  • In Person Technique Coaching
    Just looking to improve your exercise technique on the squat, bench press, dead-lift and/or overhead barbell shoulder press?

    Our one-off technique sessions aim to increase the efficiency of your lifts, so you can get the most out of your training and optimise your strength progress. Here’s what you can expect from our session:

    • A comprehensive analysis of your current lifting technique, including identifying any areas that need improvement.
    • Personalised feedback to help you correct your specific issues, along with specific cues to help you make the necessary adjustments.
    • Provide any extra information in terms of programming / exercise selection etc to help optimise technique on your main lifts
    • Our technique sessions typically last 60 minutes, but we can extend the session if needed to ensure you receive the support you need.
